What we do

Free Spirit is a research and consulting business that helps organisations discover and develop new ways in which they can serve and interact with their customers. Our expertise lies in bringing to life customer need and understanding how it can best be realised in the brand and business context. We do this by conducting research with customers as well as working within organisations at all levels to tackle the issues from an internal perspective. Our projects range from defining strategic brand propositions, developing the online environment around customer and brand need to defining and refreshing customer strategies and value propositions.
